Unless I am missing something here, why would anyone pay a NGC certification fee for a 1959D Dime in their holder?

I also notice that it doesn't have full split bands on the reverse.

Broken: I have no idea! I picked up the coin for a couple of bucks.

I just wanted to post pics to see how far off they would be from the actual grade. No one else wanna take a shot?
