1967 uncirculated coin found in a roll like this . Almost looks like grease spots .

I have silver coins like that that came from the old proof sets. The red stuff in the packaging makes them look that way.

Looks like it was stored near a sulphur source ? Furnace or bad holder.

That's what I meant - specimen sets, not proof sets. That's why it's silver.
SPP, does the red velour-ish packaging cause the coins to spot and tone like this, or is is just humidity?
