Mrpiedfort that your dragonfly coin had a flaw on the obverse. With proper quality control this should not happen as frequently as it appears to. I have read several complaints about coins being not in acceptable condition in recent months.
Also, if one buys anything online from a big name electronics company (e.g. Futures Shop), and wishes to return it for whatever reason, one can bring the item to any of its stores and receive a full refund. One is not forced to exchange it.
This is what I would call "top notch" customer service!
I think we Canadians are far too tolerant of our Crown corporations.
