Help! Unidentified Coin, Possibly Roman?

I think Roman but could be wrong again. One way round one side looks like a boat with a huge anchor under it but turn it round 180 and it looks like a warrior... We know of "Byzantine" (East Roman) trade going on with some western parts of Britannia, such as Cornwall and the Wirral, from around the 6th century, but it is unlikely that trade continued to the same extent in the reign of John II.
