Think I just found it but can someone confirm please?
Is it a Charles I Halfgroat 1625?

Think you've got it, though the Charles I coinage is known to be daunting. Second coinage, I believe, early in the reign, before the portrait halfgroats. C(harles) D(ei) G(ratia), mintmark lis.
