1989 D Broken Mintmark? - Coin Community Forum

I said RPM but they stopped hand punching before that date, my mistake. Edit..1989 is the last year for hand stamping...I am a dummy. I wondered if it was transferred to that area. But you say it's not. I tried an overlay for a RPM and couldn't say it was close enough to be a RPM. So at this point, I just don't know. I would mark it and keep it in file and sometime when you submit it to coppercoins (With others that you want to have attributed) you might have it look at it and see what he thinks.
