@tofu, you can try and tell us the result.
I did try order by phone yesterday. They only allow me to get 3 (I only need 5). They said phone order and online order is the same.
Many people have their Rep order 100 or even more for them. I know there is some people here can do it.
Some time when we browse on Kijiji. We can see someone try to unload 100+ $20 for $20 coin. How could they hoard that much without a help from Rep?

Why would anyone want to hoard 100+ of these $20 for $20 coins when there are 1/4 million of them? They will never become valuable. It's hard flipping them when there are so many of them. If you sell them on ebay, you may end up with a profit of less than $5 after all the fees. 100 of them is $2000 which I rather would spend on something else, like a couple of those $10 1914 gold coins.

I'd rather hold these instead of $20 bills. Just my opinion

How do you know they'll never become valuable? Some people were saying the exact same stuff when the first coin came out. And the same with the second and 3rd coin. I'll take one of those over a $20 bill anyday.

Ya. @moneypenny. You need to ask those hoarders that question if you would like to know the answer why they did that.
I have no idea.
few months ago, I saw some trying to unload 100+ $20 Reindeer on Kijiji.

This coins is long playing series. RCM produces new coins, and by this more people entering into coin collecting, or entering to the NCLT part. $20 for $20 affordable coins, the person, that have no $100 to spend for one coin each time, will spend the same $100 for 5 coins. Even if you are not into the coin collection, but want "to buy some our purest silver coins" - probably this series is the best for this purpose. I believe, many people, first exposed to the coin "N", will want to own also "n-1", "n-2"...to 1. And, the same like all series - take the Birds for example - with the time, the coins slow accumulate their value.

I have at least 3 of each = $480 issue, it'll be $600 by the end of the year. The Mint has grossed almost 40 Million with the 8 coin series so far.
