i may be blowing this out of proportion, but this is the coin of the year for me. I keep looking at it and as I look at it, I like it more and more and more. I really hope it ends up looking like the graphic. I also really think it being 1oz helps a lot. An image like this can't be on anything smaller.

Now I know to what coin this reminds me - anyone checked the 2013 Kiwi coin?
Very similar to the canopy except the turkey in the front! I know it is a kiwi

I wish this series came in a nice box shaped like a tree. I'm looking forward to the design of the next coin.

@sukverrocket - That us a very good idea. If I was good with wood making I would make something to that sort.

I'm glad there's no frenzy or hype with this coin so I can enjoy it on its own merit.

deal with singh - I wish I bought your coconut crab coin on ebay for $61. Oh, I forget you also charge an astronomical shipping fee of $22.66. Make it $83.66! That's a beauty of a coin. I wouldn't mind that in my coin collection next to my two ladybugs which I purchased at issue price for the sole reason of its uniqueness, not as a money maker.

^Learnt my lesson and started all at a much higher price or only did BIN's lol. But my shipping prices aren't that bad. I used to charge a $5 handling, I've since removed that.

The $5 handling charge is still there for outside of Canada due to other things like Paypal being 3.9% instead of 2.9% etc.

PS: My dealer cost is more than the $83.66 you mention haha.

@tristen1230 I do like the canopy also more (at least I still like it in real, when I get it) but ugly is the 2013 Kiwi by far not!

Proof Kiwi is nice coin.

I think many people will not like it, due to the fact that the coin actually bullion, but demands hight premium, and together with this it isn't "hot" item to resale it.
