Hanging 3. Not worth any premium until around AU-50.

Thanks tristen but wouldn't the hanging three be hanging from left to right.. Not right to left?

Hanging 3 only if the obverse die was rotated about 45 degrees when the clash occurred.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Ah, I get it. The part of the clash touching the top of the 3 is the front of the jawline, not the bottom of the neckline as in most clashes of this sort. So what would the line coming off the large bud be? PMD?
