Interesting Portrait. Without the clue I would never had guessed Caracalla. To me it doesn't really look like him. Maybe him as "younger man"

OK, here is one that is going to be a challenge. So I'm going to post the entire coin with a clue. The coin is Roman and it is countermarked. This mark will tell the emperor.
