The sneaky part is that this a brockage :) You're seeing the bust incuse and mirrored. Other than that, it's not particularly exotic. Roman Provincial.

I can't believe it- I would say what happened you learned to read Brahmi over night, but you didn't even see the reverse...I must point out that style is extremely important when it comes to these coins.
