punman Pillar of the Community Canada 849 Posts	Posted 04/20/2013 11:50 pm I live and Canada but when roll hunting I find U.S. change and keep it for my holiday travels south. Today I came upon a quarter - Liberty '95 head on one side and '96 on the other. I know it is not an error but yet it looks like real quarter material. Anyone know of this hoax? I assume the coin is worthless? I have not come across Canadian coins like this. Report this Post to the Staff

Most do not know that if you want one, you first must find a metal looking lamp, usually in need of cleaning. You then rub the lamp with a cloth to clean it and a Jeanie pops out and tells you to make a request for 2 headed coins. Your really lucky though since most people ask for Nickels or full sizde dollars. Not many request a Quarter from that Jeanie. There is a majic shop on a main street in a small town by me. I went in there and found I could buy two headed or two tailed coins of all sorts. They sell for from $5 to $25 each pending on the size. One method is to hone out one on ome side, then shave off a bit on the outer side of the other coin. Then they just slip one inside the other. There are also Cent coins honed out so a Dime fits inside that one. Same with other types and denominatioins. Report this Post to the Staff
