Off topic: Sell that roll for break even and be happy that you didnt lose $6600. Just my rational, common sense opinion.

On topic: I got 3 of these coins, 2 to flip and 1 to keep. I dont see much upside for flipping due to the large amount of other "flippers" I may just return 2 of them to the bank.

That 20,000 roll will be appreciate 100% within 15-20 years. I think Yambo made a good investment.

@Anjohl:

In 15-20 years, the return might be 10000%, not 100%.

This sounds like trying to predict the Prime Minister in 2033. All you could get are random stabs in the dark. You can't predict how this hobby will be doing, or if it will even exist 20 years from now.

Can we please get back on topic now? I am getting sick of hearing this debate.

Being unique can not quarantee you to be rich, but, staying with most people definitely can not make you rich. Isn't it?

What I think about the hypo on this 100 for 100 Bison coin is, many people have no full confidence on themselves and they are just cheering each other up. Of course, this is only own opinion, maybe not right.

I'm no fortune telling expert but this outlook borders on delusional. The big profit was already made on a fancy, hologram piece of paper.

Back to topic now...

To each their own, but I don't believe these over-produced products will ever be more expensive (substitute valuable if you prefer) than they are now. Someone suggested in 20 years they might be worth more....well if that is true, Who doesn't own them now that will want it in 20 years, and/or, the RCM will have a new product in 20 years that will be just as luring (the end of the nickel perhaps?)......Further, in that same vein of thinking, what 1993 coin are you running around looking to buy at some crazy premium?

Sorry tripoli, but I'm not too sure which "over-produced products" you are referring to.

Surely you don't mean the just released $100 face value Buffalo coins that are artistic, well designed, historically significant, cost $100, and are already sold out at the mint?
