I stumbled upon this coin in my grandfather's collection that I inherited. If someone could tell me something about it or how much does it worth I would appreciate it.

This is supposed to be a silver denarius of the emperor Claudius and his wife Agrippina II. This is a rare coin and has been faked many time. This sadly IMO is one of those fakes.
