would the dings on the rims drop it from AU to XF? Coin is actually nice chocolate brown but my cell phone camera's flash distorts the luster along the rims...

I don't think those couple of small rim dings would cause a downgrade. To me they are not distracting at all! That's a nice looking IHC

It's a nice looking coin but I would ding it for the rim dings.
It would be a problem coin IMO.

I was reading about rim dings and I think it really depends on the coin that they are on. Smaller coins like this they are less distracting and don't have as much impact where on a Morgan, they will surely get a details slab. I am going to say XF+ because of the diamonds though because they seem less than almost complete in order to make into the AU grade.
