Last week I found this 1997P cent with what looks like to be a doubled earlobe, and put it aside thinking it was probably PMD.
Today I went to coppercoins and it appears to match the 1997P-1DO-001, Class 4+8 , their only DDO listed for the year.
But from the three markers given I could only match one... a series of gouges right after "D" of "GOD".

Not all markers have to be there, correct?

To answer your question, no it doesn't have to match all markers. Umm, you'll want to wait for the experts, but I think you have something there. The one I found last week had th same gouges after the"D". I hope congrats are in order, I feel they are.

Suds, I remember you finding one last week but I didn't realize it was also a 1997. And yours appears to be in mint state.
