Not seen any in N. Ga. either. Banks go "Huh?" when you ask for 'em. Was a few at a mini mart down the street but some clown got to em before I did ( the guy in front of us payed with 3 of them). The guy in front of me got them and then told the cashier.." Theses are worth 60 bucks on ebay because they are rare !! ".........Same guy that probably does all his shopping on the HSN from late night TV.....LOL.

No circulation in east TN. I've even heard stories of clerks asking for bills in payment instead of the new coins.

Here in N. Georgia, I have yet to get one in change, I do buy a roll from the bank and spend them when ever they have them. People who receive them are always intrigued by them and probably go home and put them in a drawer. Last month I had a yard sale, I got 2 rolls for change from the bank, when I gave these out as change folks would be thrilled to have them and want to swap paper dollars for more. All 50 coins were gone by mid morning. Maybe I should have "sold" them, LOL. It amazes me that so many people are unaware that these are readily available from their own banks but I suspect everyone who gets them saves them for whatever reason. I doubt we will see these coins circulating regularly in the near future. Margaret

Almost none seem to be circulating in my neck of the woods.

Colorado: None!
As we all know, they will not circulate until the $1 is discontinued, and that won't happen any time soon due to politics.
While I haven't seen them, there are some in circulation here in that I have spent 100 of them.

I live in Iowa and work at a convenience store. Here's a general rundown of the currency we've gotten in while I've been working.
Every two weeks. Pennies - At least one wheatie Nickel - At least one pre 1950 Dime - At least one pre 1960 Quarter - At least one bicentennial
Every week at least. Dollar Coins- 1 Susan B., 4 Sac., 4 Washington
Several weeks ago I also got a 1950's $10 and $20 bill. stuffpy shape, but still, it was nice to put them in my collection. :)

I got 2 Sacs and 2 Presidential dollars in change because I saw them sitting in the drawer of the cash register. I don't think anyone will ever get a dollar coin in change unless they ask for one

I can't remember the last time I got a dollar coin in change, Washington or otherwise, here in northern Indiana.
I've spent plenty of the Washingtons since they came out but from the reactions I get I think that they go right into someones "special coin jar".
