Here is western NC the only ones that I have seen are the ones I have spent. Do they really think that people are going to use them. Why is this one going to be any diffenent that all of the rest, and they have been several of them.

Here in central PA have not seen any except for the three rolls of Washington dollars I had fun spending.
Not any of the new John Adams either, I think the one getting them are coin collectors.

I stopped by Hobby Lobby on my home from work yesterday to pick up some 2x2's and the cashier was giving out Washington dollars in change. The guy in front of me asked her why she gave him dollar coins. Her reply, "Some guy came in 20 minutes ago and bought all my dollar bills with these darn things."  My kinda guy... |

I bought stamps from the post office machine and got 3 in change!

I haven't seen any in circulation except the few I've spent here in central Texas.

Northern Rocky Mountains....neither received nor seen any of the dollar coins in circulation.

I have put 5 rolls into circulation here in NC and have yet to get one in change or hear anyone else say they have received one

One day I was helping my mom in a snack stand. Found 5 of them in the change box tried to give to give them in someones change but my mom did'nt let me.

I have been spending a number of these this week but I don't think cashiers will give them out as change unless you ask them. It's quite sad really...

In Goodyear AZ at the gas station I work at we are still receiving dollar coins on a regular basis. I make it a note to hand them out to everyone I can and most people don't even bat an eye at them and just take em like nothing unusual happened. I guess that is a good thing. They are getting used to them.

I have not received any in California. I bought postage at the post office and received '00 Sacagawea dollars. Bummer. |
