No way. In another thread, it is being discussed that the same seller just had his account suspended by eBay/he decided to move to another auction site. Bye-bye!

Punched with a reeded die overtop of a gap the width of said die. The punch made the metal spread into that gap and leave its impression behind. If that were to happen with a collar at the mint, it wouldn't fit sideways and wouldn't have the force to go sideways either.

Wow, that's too bad. I admit, I've bought a couple of things from him in the past and was quite pleased with his product and service, but his replies to negative comments don't seem to be given with much graciousness -- a must in this day and age where there's a glut of sellers. But then his occasional rudeness doesn't seem to keep his customers away, as his feedback score is high enough. I guess as good buyers we must all caveat emptor...
