Not sure what the object being carried is-- a branch? crude representation of Palladium or Victory? Wrong direction of the pointy part for a harpa. Not even sure of gender but think it's a man-- looks like a beard. But what's that bun at the back of the head? No idea what time period or geographic area this is. So to sum up, no idea. The Goddess is a female, and is often represented throughout history as a lion. Maybe this might help narrow it down. The coin is made in the Hellenistic style but is not Greek.
