Yes, Tyche with River God Orontes swimming below. That was a two-fer! Justin I, Antioch. AE Pentanummium. Retrograde epsilon to left of Tyche, seated, Orontes below. SB 111.

Wow, that is a nice coin. I haven't seen one of those before but I recognized the image from another coin that used it. Probably inspired by the great statue of Tyche with Orontes at her feet by Eutychides.
I'll try to get one posted pretty quick.

It's the only Byzantine coin with a pagan god's image. You really don't come across these too often, but I found two within the last two weeks.
