The WE does look like something going on, but the rest of the devices should be showing this also and I'm not seeing that in the images. It is a master die doubling example, but I would label it and keep it for now. You might want to submit it to coppercoins in the future when you find other examples. Wexler's book shows he has 6 examples listed for the San Francisco mint. But none matches your example. The only thing I could wonder if your coin is showing Machine Doubling? That could be an explanation. But I can't tell for sure from the images provided. A hands on by Bob would help in the future.
The you in Trust and the Y in Liberty look doubled to me....Whats the chances that it is the Master Hub Doubling that is also doubled? lol Don't hold your breath
Maybe I need to retire,all I see is MDD accept for the W in WE.I see the shift on the right side of the W but with that much of a shift wouldn't there be signs of some shifting on the other parts of the W if it was a DD?I am probably way off on this,if so... sorry. John1
