EF-40. For me, there is a little too much rub to get a 45 out of it.

I'm going to venture to AU50
I'm a bit hesitant due to the friction at her hairline along the Phrygian cap but the clasp seems strong to make the grade

I know I can't have two guesses but its ef45 at worst IMO

I think the coin grades EF-45 but I wouldn't be surprised if PCGS decided to knock off 5 pts.
