Is This Tape On His Coins, Is This Guy For Real Or What?

DoubleDie Valued Member United States 214 Posts	Posted 05/25/2007 2:59 pm I must be making a mistake, this guy is selling Washington Dollars and the auction is confusing enough. After reading the auction I scrolled down to the actual pictures of the coins and it looks like he has tape on them.
