My coin dealer has a tray of common date Morgan and Peace dollars that he sells for $18.95...I came across this in the tray..

Looks like a Lamination Error but it could be something else.

That looks exactly like the one in the Morgan/Peace encyclopedia, but must be a later state than the one in the Cherry Pickers Guide. Since it is "exceedingly rare in any grade", let me be the first;

very nice for 19$.
I'd guess it's at least Fine, if not EF
