Realistically here we go; the 2 roo coins between $40 and $50 each =$100 tops the 2005 mob of roos may get you $10-$15 the wombat and the other test pattern coin about $30 each All up $175 and that would be a good day on ebay. I have no interest in buying these as I already have these coins. If you intend to keep them I strongly suggest that you get rid of that awful PVC packaging as it will ruin the coins over time

I reckon $175 would be a VERY good day on ebay. I would expect less if I was selling them myself.

'Ole trout1105 calls a spade a spade. Ya better believe him! enworb also makes a good point.
In this case, don't worry about the PVC, especially if they are sold. Leave that problem with the buyer, but there is zero threat if the coins are encapsulated.

Quote: The pvc will ruin coins ? All the coins are encapsulated Will that be fine if they are encapsulated? Out of idle curiosity I put a capsulated roo coin in a bucket of water for a month. The result was that the water DID get into the capsule and onto the coin. PVC would do this far easier than water As soon as I receive a coin that has ANY PVC near it I remove it and chuck it in the incinerator. Quote: 'Ole trout1105 calls a spade a spade. If we speak about those dollars (Wombat, Lion Pattern) - do they have numismatic value, as separate coins, without all other from 2004 Masterpieces set?
Actually, this question for all replica coins from the Masterpieces sets 1998,1999,2004

Those separate coins were minted by RAM BUT were packaged by Global Promotions. They are NOT an official mint product. The same company sold the federation coins in this type of packaging as well

what does that do to the value? not being official RAM and only being global promotions?
