This is what it ended up being. Got me curious though! Thoughts? Is it an error...er anything special? I don't collect dimes unless they are silver so I literally have no knowledge other than it's worth 10 cents. Weight = 2.30g Coin in question is on the left and side by side with a normal '83 dime.
