Daytona Beach Coin Club http://www.ebay.com/itm/33095577470....m1423.l2649 The auction states : "PF Proof NGC Very Nice(see photos) - Limited Edition #33/50 - with Daytona Coin Club Certification" Opinions? I know PCGS the general policy is 100 or more for a special one. That said if your willing to pay for it I'm sure you can get it done. They may have sent other things as well or do a lot of business with them so they get some leeway on that. NGC could have a lower threshold as well especially since they didnt change the design they just added that line to the label. Report this Post to the Staff
