Since there are many knowledgeable people on the forum in more subjects than just coins, I was hoping someone could help me identify this. It appears to be made out of lead and weighs 3/4 of an ounce. Thanks in advance

What that is is a horse rosette used by the U.S. Army likely from the Indian Wars.
