Picture of the obverse isn't great. I'm inclined to say EF, but it's hard to tell.

Sorry folks. There is little, if any wear, on the coin at all.
It's just a poor scan on my part.
The coin has nice lustre. In 'new' car condition.
Will attempt to provide better pics. Thanks.
