I picked this one up at our local coin dealer and no I did not drill the hole ( PITY ) . But it looks like it has some die rotation . Can some one tell me if it has ?

Its way easier to tell when you put it in a flip..but if you take a picture of the coin over or standing in front of a mirror then its easy.

It looks like it does have a bit of a rotation, there, Copperdog. One of our members here, wert, has some amazing software that can tell you to a tenth of a degree just how much though. If he sees your post he may be able to help you out.
