It is common for RR coins to have a bit of the flan removed to meet the desired weight specification. Sasanian Persian coins are suspected to have some of the same features, but that is debated. A nice coin, BTW.

Most of all, it shows the original Temple of Jove/Jupiter. Really interesting Etruscan style.

Not any bankers mark that I know about. I agree with Anoob that it is a reduction of the weight. Very nice coin.

Reading a bit on the Temple.
In 75 BC when the coin was struck, the Temple was in ruins after being burnt down during the civil wars in the time of Sulla, in 83 BC.
It was not rebuilt until the late 60's BC.
