yunbo-said: "Common sense: most superman fans are not coin collectors and they don't even know RCM already released superman coins. And, if they want to be cool, it's better to spend a lot less money to buy a much much much bigger size poster! Here's a quote from a RFD seller: "Mad demand out if the US on these-I have around $6000 worth of orders--sight unseen! So much for yunbo's common sense.

$6.000 worth of orders....
But how many coins? Let's check: $100 average per coin (even without going to the details) - so we have 60 Superman coins. This actually friends and their families.
Doesn't sound like huge army of Superman fans. But still it just guesses and speculations. We will see later, when the coins will be supplied, what their value on secondary market.

This is one small RFD member. Not even a big dealer. No pics yet. No release. Yeah you and yunbo don't buy any, real smart move. LOL

I would agree. Don't buy any. If you really want one, wait 4 years and you'll probably get one well below issue price.

Small RFD member.... Those guys (being collectors too) will buy much more than "not small" CCF member.
Thanks for approving our smart move and right - not to buy the coins that we do not like.

Yeah I'd think the more informed are those RFD guys that buy hundreds of coins, instead of people like you that buy one.

What the information do we need? Will buy Supeman fans Supermen coins - may be, some quantity, but who cares?
We are here, will buy the one, that we like. We have a luck not to be dependent on the resale value, while choosing the coin for collection.
Anyway, this is the "Autumn Bliss" coin thread. Actually, the coin shows some popularity effect. Do you want to "flip" some - buy it. But not from Mr. Antonello, he will not argue here again for Cancellation Policy and Exchange Rate (old good White Shark coins from NZ Mint).

I have no intention to hurt your diginity in any point. As coin collection buddies, I just try to remind you of the risk if you want to invest in Superman coins. If you buy them for interest only, then, I FULLY respect your own interest/taste.

Perhaps you should stick with RFD, where the folks are obviously more informed. What do we know... we are merely collectors and experts in our hobby...

SPP-Ottawa calling someone else a Troll is laughable. Pot meet Kettle.
You were proven wrong as you so often are, AGAIN. Instead of admitting it you troll to try to have others not see your weakness.
Your reading comprehension is extremely weak and you should refrain from posting until it improves. You only embarrass yourself by missing the point others have made. Your comments are ill informed, lacking merit, and laughable. You can't refute this, you can only childishly post pics of what you are- a Troll!

Quote: Awesome graphic. I know that I certainly am not in a position where I would be able to buy $6,000 of NCLT, even if I wanted to. @Neil How does that comment apply to this topic?
