I reported it to ebay as fraudulent. Grading may be "subjective" but it appears they are falsely advertising the coin as a 1905 key date when the date is not legible.

I'm sure it's a typo error. They meant Fair 1-2.

I ran the photo through photoshop filters and it shows 190 something unlegible for what ever that's worth. Also for the record I hate lowball coins!

Lowball coins are growing on me, but if you can't establish a date, the point is moot.

people have such a hate for asyn, yet spend so much time looking at his auctions, and posting topics that add nothing constructive to the hobby...

I like lowball ancients, (I call them 'rat' ancients), but that is only for the intellectual sport of trying to attribute them. With some, that can take months, or even years.

At least this one would pass through Customs, as a 'metal disk' on it's way to an overseas destination.
Strictly melt value.

If that is an F12, then this one must be undergraded....

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Canada-1883...em53fd2b5f5a

i have no problem getting coins from asyn, sometimes getting old coins for melt value to fill holes in my collection until I can get a better one.
