The gram bars are awesome! Any estimation of the mintage? What do you value them? I assume the RBC ones are worth more than the plain ones?

Amaths, I haven't seen any information about the mintage of the 1 gram bars. I do know that the JM Royal Bank version of the 1 gram bars are way more rare than the regular ones.

I've seen quite a few 1oz gold beaver/castor in different years both Engelhard and JM, but fractional in this size is the first for me. If anyone seen or own another, please tell.

Silverwolf, I would purchase those 1/2oz JM bars for that price but if you are planning on flipping them it probably wouldn't be worth it. I see them usually sell around $30-35 plus or minus a buck or two. You would probably make a few dollars but the ebay fees would hurt pretty bad.

NVU, you sure have some really nice JM fractional gold pieces! I know those are not common by any means. I believe those were sold in sets for each year. Most likely there were 1/10, 1/4, 1/2, and 1oz versions in the year set. I don't believe they sold them individually like they did the silver versions so it is very rare to find them like that.

Thanks for the info abliss I've seen beaver/castor come in a pair of 1oz gold and 1 oz silver, set of silver in different sizes but a set of gold pieces is totally new to me. Will keep an eye out for those fractional pieces
