Very nice coin for the price!

I agree with your assessment that it's an F. I'll go with F-15.

You need to get the green gunky stuff off, too!

It looks like it might be in the VF range, with some really nice color under the slight grime. The picture is at a weird angle which drowns out a lot of the details. Let us know how it turns out when you get it in hand.
