I'm petty sure this is OVER graded

All I know is this isn't one of the 4 major players in TPG. I'll be interested to see what the grading experts here make of it.

Not my photos btw, came from the seller.

although this coin exhibits MS65 qualities, it appears (could be the lighting or angle) that the luster is broken on the obverse in the 4-5 oclock area. if this is how it looks, I would think it would knock it down a 1 or possibly 2 points. the pics are a little fuzzy to really see the surfaces for any issues.

MS64. NTC and NNC grade very loosely. I've got a NNC MS67 1946-D walking half that wouldn't grade higher than MS63 at NGC.

Not entirely sure if the coin is MS but my feeling it's more likely MS than not. Looks like it could be MS-63/64ish.

If your submiting all those other raw ones to ANACS you might want to consider cracking this one out and submiting it with them.. Then they'll all match and it'll be in a top 3 slab...

That said I'd put this one at MS-63 to a 64.. Hard to tell exactly for the pics but definitely no lower than a 63. I'm curious to see what NTC had it as... 65? 66?

This is a nice group of Morgan's you picked up!

MS64 from what I can tell from the photos, but once we have better photos, brighter and clearer, I think the grade will change, a lot can change in photographing a coin to make it appear better than it really is, or worse if that is the intended direction.

I believe this one has lightly circulated, but I'm going with my gut more than anything else.

It's either a really clean slider or MS64+. Can't say for sure based on the photos.

Trace of rub - may sneak into an MS-64 grade but I'll say AU-58 to be safe
