Additionally, the new 7070 should include the other 3 cent types. Considering how many spots they provide for the various Seated coinage, they could at least offer a place for one 3 cent piece with the arrows and a place for one without.

I won't argue with you there. Even if they are 3 cent silvers.

The 3 cent silvers are what I am referring to. The 7070 currently has a place for the 3 cent nickel and one of the 3 cent silver. However, there are three types of 3 cent silver. There is a real difference between the 3 cent silvers with the bundle of arrows and the other 3 cent silver. http://www.pcgscoinfacts.com/Hierar...c=77&redir=t

I know, those are my favorite behind the 3 cent nickels. EDIT: and I am still agreeing with you.

Anyone have an industrial strength hole punch (of varying diameters) and blank Dansco pages? I have the fonts list for their pages!!

I really do not care what they move/add/change in the 7070. I like mine the way it is. I only recently replaced my Bicentennial/SBA page with the newer Bicentennial/Modern page. My bigger concern is that they are not making the 7070 at all. Too many people are going without because they cannot make up their mind. No matter what they decide, there will be a sizable minority who will disagree with the selection. Who cares? Why does the majority (ready and willing to spend the money) have to suffer?

I believe one of the other companies makes a 7070 type album, so a collector could always go that route if they didn't want to wait months or years for Dansco to make up its mind. In fact, if I didn't already have a Dansco 7070 album, I would seriously consider the alternative brand. I believe the other company is Intercept shield, and although I don't have any of their albums, it looked like they make a quality product.

Intercept shield is out of business. If you find their albums, they are from old stock.
Littleton might have a type set album

Great album! As a 7070er myself, I know just how hard - and fun - putting one together is! I have the two Seated dollars to add to finish my non-gold album.

I know the basic whitman type is out of print too but it was only like 46 holes and simple. Littleton makes a 19th century and 20th century type album as well as a regular type album so you could buy two or just the one and they are both in stock and not out of print.

Littleton Coin Company does have a 19th Century U.S. Type Coin Album and a 20th Century U.S. Type Coin Album. I could not find a listing of what coins they include.

I do love that set, and the gold page just makes it that much sweeter.
