Curious, what year/m.m. is it ?
Hold on to it for a while. If no more show up then maybe
it can get the same so called attention just like on the speared buffalo etc.
Then put it up on ebay for fun. $200.00 for starters.
The rare "Devil Tom" or "Horned Jefferson"

Just curious why it should be kept and not spend it? Die Cracks, Chips and Gouges are very very common. If I kept every die chip I came across I would have hundreds of thousands of coins. Would you buy that coin if you saw it on ebay?

If you tell someone they have something when they don't they are going to start keeping every crack, chip, dent, gouge they come across. Two years down the road they are going to have a thousand coins in 2x2 that are worth face value.

Just being truthful cause when I first started nobody gave me "the plain truth" and I had probably 100 cents in 2x2's when in actuality I probably should have had 5 coins in 2x2's.

Cheers and Happy Hunting

Why keep a 22 "no D" lincoln or an 82 roos. no m.m. dime or a 3 legged buffalo ? Just die wear. Not even as bad as cracks or chips.
