Removing Price Tag From Coin, Advice Needed

sg93 Valued Member 294 Posts	Posted 10/12/2013 07:14 am I recently bought a few silver coins while I was on vacation. While I try to avoid any coins that have been unproperly dealt with like having the price tag pasted on it, I bought them as it was the cheapest I could find anywhere. Now I managed to have most of the tag removed but a little bit of the sticker still remains and I don't want to scratch it off. Any recommendations? Report this Post to the Staff

sg93 Valued Member 294 Posts	Posted 10/12/2013 10:06 pm actually I bought it from a 2-storey antique shop in Germany and honestly I was a bit apprehensive to pull the trigger on one of them with the tag right across the centre but thankfully it came out easily and I chose the better of the 2 on sale.
