A fifty dollar note with 99995445
Is that collectible by anyone?

Well at least the last four numbers will add up to two more nines.
.

If you didn't need the money, I'd get a really fine pen and draw small brackets and plus signs to make it look like:

9999+(5+4)+(4+5)

OK, . Ouch.

karloning, for a note to be a radar number it must read the same backwards as it does forward.
Some examples of 8 digit radars 99455499, 12333321, 09766790
some examples of 6 digit radars which don't include the year numbers ( first 2 numbers ),123321, 546645 , 899998

& imo there are no other true radar numbers such as 5 digit or 7 digit numbers as some claim .
Hope this helps.
