It almost looks corroded, but that could be because this is a scan and not a photo? The details are definitely present though, I'd say F15. Report this Post to the Staff

There is a hint of Liberty in the shield but the reverse devices are very mushy, which seems to be a contradiction when grading. I'd put it at VF-25 Details but either cleaned or corroded. If you own this one, you might try an acetone bath. If you are considering buying, I'd probably steer clear unless you are getting a really good deal.
