Hello. What do you think about this Half Dollar? I can buy this coin, but I really don't know how much is it worth. I think that patina is real and grade maybe AU53-55. In your opinion it is a problem-free coin? Also, what do you think about lettering "HALF DOLLAR" at reverse. To me, looks little odd. Thank for all your answers.

I couldn't tell ya what you should pay for it. It does not appear to have been cleaned but it does have a few rim bumps. And the mushy "half dol." is normal for this date, largely in part because it is the final year of the capped bust series. Die maintenance wasn't a big thing for the finale of the series.

I'd say AU-58 for the grade. Check up it's value at numisnedia.com

I don't like the looks of it. I don't like the eagle's eye nor the date. Be careful with this one.

It looks authentic to me. Mid-AU range, not sure if this one would grade due to the surfaces which look a bit unnatural to me.
