"Crappy"--at least he's honest, but what's with the BIN so much higher over melt?

I'm sure at one time rocks were currency, so maybe they are extra fine.

You left off some of the more awesome parts of the description of his listing:
"Due to the low cost of the item, we can only offer local pick up at this time. Thank you for looking.
All buyers will receive positive feedback once checkout is complete and positive feedback has been left - Please put 5 * for communication - I will do the same
I don't think he's really selling single cents. Both the buyer and seller know no one is going to pick up the coin. I see this as a scam to inflate feedback ratings for the buyer and seller. That's probably something sockpuppet accounts and shill bidders due to look more authentic at first glance.

Reported it to ebay; suggest others do too.

That one auction doesn't make much 'cents' "Buyers identities projected" is suspicious too. If he's 'selling' these to pad feedback, he's doing it wrong! Making people bid for 10 days just for one lousy feedback? It should be a low BIN with multiple items for sale.
