yeah, I think he'd be pretty dead in a closed room with over 50 PPM of sulfur dioxide. A quick googling reaveals that the CDC recommends a maximum exposure of 30ppm over a 10 minute period.

A seller with zero feedback is attempting to sell 21 small dollar coins and is claiming that four of them are Cheerio Dollars. The sad thing is that someone has already placed the opening bid of $350.  282819408471 |

what's really the sad thing is that they aren't Cheerio dollars - the seller even added that to his description. So the bidder better cancel his/her bid

The cause is reported to be time. In order to have the coins produced in time to be packaged and available in the cereal boxes at the same time as the dollar's release to the public they reused a proof die.

It's only in the last year or so that NGC got rid of the minimum for the economy tier. Would have been cheaper to throw in a couple of low-value coins to send, rather than go to a higher level.
An every man registry set is also possible.
You can use the cert lookup although you have to guess at the grades to see what else was sent in on that same invoice.
