I havent been to coppercoins, but the coin looks like it has a legitimate chance to be a 1958 D/D/D. If coppercoins has other pictures of the coin, it's showing markers, or things associated with the die that struck this particular coin. The extra markers confirm the existance of the 1958 D/D/D, BUT... aren't always there due to the die state - or age of the die, and whether the coin reached circulation, and the markers have been worn off.
