Front of the bill appears to be misaligned - back is normal. Any premium on things like this or does it need to be more offset?

I believe some of the design needs to be missing for any sort of premium.

I seen these do pretty well on ebay, not a huge markup but definitely a premium. I sold a worn out common silver certificate for over $11 that had a similar look.

Looks like the SN is touching the signature so I would think a small premium. As for Henry2's silver cert,apples and oranges.
