I like the looks of this coin .. but have no reference book
to tell me anything about it. And my online research, did not turn up very much.

It looks like it is in good condition to be so old.

I am hoping some experts will have some opinions.

I am really out of my comfort zone on this one - but isn't this more of a medal or Jeton than a coin?

swamperbob, you are absolutely correct. This is ot a coin but a medal that was created to honour the efforts of Albert and Isabella during the 80 year war. No coin value is present on the piece.

Jeton is French for Token in English (or 'penning' in Dutch/flemish).

The hand in the legend = mint of Antwerp (Belgium)

Jeton of the Archdukes Albert and Isabela sovereigns of the Spanish Netherlands (1598-1621), by cession of Philip II of Spain. Isabel Clara Eugenia was the daughter of Philip.
