Gold Dollar Torch Deformity

I was board so I went over my coins once again but with a magnifying glass. I know for a fact that this is a mint error but what I need help with is determining its premium value, if any. The first picture is the deformity. At first I could have said it was a crack but now I just know it isn't right. The second picture is a normal torch on a gold dollar- just something to compare it with.
