1809 Half Cent Variety Question

I have this coin which has a small 8 inside the 0 in date. I of course thought it could be doubling of small 0 punch but it appears again past the 9. Also seems to be 9/6 variety and there is a number 2 to rt of 9 in date and the obverse is seen shadowing facing rt behind regular left facing Liberty. I'm confused :-(

Never mind got it. Cohen 1. I don't know how you Large and Half Cent collectors do it! Made my head spin looking it up lol! If you all want more pics I can post them.

Oh sorry I took the pic with using a magnifying glass in one hand and my phone in the other with flash. I don't think photography is in my deck of cards anytime soon HA! Here ya go buddy

It is not C-1(R-4+), it is C-6 (R-1).

Thx Conder I appreciate your help! The Large Cent and Half Cent series are a bit foreign to me still. I'll study up some more. I do have some unique Large Cents I'd like to pass by you, or whoever wants to help, sometime today or tomorrow. I have all but two figured out (or so I think) so far.
